The challenge was to create the most comfortable houses with the least area, using the minimum areas from the Portuguese regulations and creating a modular system for a very impressive slope.

There was a minimum number of 1 and 2 bedroom houses to fit in the parcel.

The project includes the houses attached to the stepped terrain, creating a free area in front of each line that can be used as a farming place.

The patios in each house allow sunlight and the possibility of a small garden, as well as the small front yard.
