About

My name is Yan Xia, a junior designer who has over two years of experience internationally and in LA.

Graduated from University of Southern California’s school of Architecture as a second-year Master’s degree, I majored in Architecture through bachelor and master degrees with a year gap in between to gain work and practice experience. I have worked in five different firms in the past three years, shared between half year in China and one and half years in the United States. I have been working in Andmore Partners in Los Angeles, an architecture firm designing primarily in multi-family projects. My daily workload includes conceptual design;  Managing SD, CD and DD drawings; 3D model building; rendering and graphic drawing; managing material library; preparing documents for meeting; submitting drawings to LADBS.  Prior, I have worked at Rafael Vinoly Architect in New York, MADA in Los Angeles, Crox in Shanghai as an Intern.
