A challenging site in a busy neighborhood has inspired an innovative design solution for this new mixed-use apartment complex located in the rapidly growing Pike/Pine neighborhood.

The new 154,000 SF building is located directly next-door to another mixed-use residential building, and adjacent to a number of popular coffee shops, galleries, bars, restaurants, and a cherished neighborhood urban spa- “Hothouse” that is integrated into the building design.

The complex includes retail, 136 units, and 130 parking stalls. The building is designed to integrate with the surrounding buildings in the neighborhood. Modern materials and glazing at the street facade are utilized to create an urban loft aesthetic. The building setback and unique materials link the residential entrance to the streetscape.
