Constructed in the 1960's, this modern house in Chappaqua New York was completely renovated and expanded, increasing from 3,800 to 4,500 square feet. Sensitive to the original architectural concept, the design carefully refines existing details and original construction methods. A new glass Library and Pilates Studio seamlessly extend the theme of the initial structure, creating an interesting punctuation in dialogue with the existing structure.
