STG Design created this three-story, 20,000 sf building designed for synergistic multi-tenant use with dynamic amenity spaces and commanding views of the downtown skyline and SoBro area. The original two-story building was expanded vertically for conference and meeting space with an added exterior terrace for social functions. The total renovation of the existing building allowed for a more efficient use of the floor plan for open offices, new building systems and finishes. All of this renovation and expanded square footage was completed without increasing the footprint of the existing building.
