These Dallas Design District restaurants redefined an previously forgettable street with a large steel canopy and art piece resulting from a collaboration with the artist, Daniel Arsham. The modern gastropub, Italian restaurant, and coffee bar spill out onto covered patio that serves as an outdoor dining area as well as a performance space for events year round. As Project Architect, I played a central role in the design, worked in house and with consultants on the large custom guillotine windows, and was responsible for the creation of the permit set.
