As Project Architect, developed Design, DOB, BID and Construction Documents along with detailed planning and coordination for residential and commercial projects.
—Construction documents included field surveys for As-Builts, Floor and Demo plans, RCPs, Framing plans, Elevations, Sections, Builder Pavement Plans, Door and Window schedules, Electric switching plans, fireplace flue calculations, fireplace-box and framing and ADA-compliant details for Kitchens and Baths.
—Design documents included facade studies, yard and landscape designs; interior designs such as lobbies, kitchen and bath plans with details as well as restaurant kitchen equipment layouts.,
—Zoning Documents included Tax Lot diagrams, Plot, Site and other Zoning diagrams, FEMA Flood zones and Street Number Applications. Other documents incorporated into the construction sets included parking calculations with layout of garage and bike rooms, egress and fire protection plans, energy analysis and light and air calculations.
