Worked on 30+ primarily retail banking projects, Bank of America, Santander, Sterling National Bank, Webster Bank and corporate office design projects for Merrill Lynch, from inception through project completion and occupancy. Successfully completed many corporate interior projects and retail refurbishment /restoration /rebranding initiatives, façade renovations, and HCAC replacement. This included developing project work scopes, design studies, implementing interior facility design solutions for clients, and space planning, with an emphasis of future needs. Generated floor plan layouts, site studies to existing structures for remodel/refresh projects. Developed materials/color palettes based on customer and design team input. —Construction documents included field surveys for As-Builts, Floor and Demo plans, RCPs, Framing plans, Elevations, Sections, Builder Pavement Plans, Door and Window schedules, Electric switching plans, fireplace flue calculations, fireplace-box and framing and ADA-compliant details for Kitchens and Baths.
