It is a fact for cat lovers that, cats love to be around people. With people’s company, they are happier, they live longer. So the concept of this chair is to create a place where people and their cat can stay together. While people sit on the surface of the chair, cat can play behind in the holes. 

This class, we use Grasshopper in Rhino to realize parametric design. In  my case, the  cat space I created behind the chair is constantly changing  in section in order to give cats funny place to play around. In this 10 inch width sample, you could get a sense of that.
