The Alexandrine Renovation is the renovation of a vacant, 8-story hotel built in the 1930s into housing for local students in midtown Detroit, Michigan. I was responsible for drawing-up existing plans based on field measurements gathered from numerous visits to the existing building. With another colleague and the Project Architect, I assisted in the design and develop one-two bedroom unit layouts based on the standards and requirements of the client.
