Senior Thesis- Summer 2009

We were challenged with designing a building that would improve the community of our assigned location but would also fit into the conditions and culture reasonably well. This was especially difficult since our assigned site was in the barrio of Venezuela. I decided to build a Metrocable station because the densely populated area on a mountain side would greatly benefit from increased accessibility to other cities. It would also create a transportation lifeline in case of emergencies.
