A new Nursing Home for Ministry Of Health Singapore was constructed 
in response to the issue of an increasing aging population in Singapore. 
The existing context was studied in depth to develop a well-integrated 
and efficient development for the Nursing Home Operators, Residents 
and the surrounding neighborhood. Studies and reviews were conducted 
with HammondCare Australia to ensure dementia-friendly designs were 
implemented throughout the design. This Nursing Home was one of the first 
pioneering projects to fully adopt BIM (Building Information Modeling) from 
Concept Design till construction completion.

My Role:

• Construction monitoring and shopdrawing review

• BIM coordination & execution
• Managing and coordinating sub-consultants (M&E, Landscape and Signage)
