Twin Lakes Community, the Triad’s third-largest continuing care retirement community, planed to add 28 new homes over three phases of construction in 2020.
This $15 million project increased the Burlington independent-living, assisted-living, skilled-nursing and memory-care residence community to 434 total homes.
