A new home for independent seniors, the third of the prefecture-level city, is being built in Saint John, on the site of the former barracks Agel, under the urban renewal project in the area. Consisting of 80 units (T1bis (38 m2) and T2 (46 m2)), it will be delivered at the end of the first quarter of 2011.
