Euclid Hall Bar + Kitchen is the third restaurant from the team of Jennifer Jasinski and Beth Gruitch, owners of the award-winning Rioja and Bistro Vendôme on Denver’s historic Larimer Square.
It is located around the corner from main street historic Larimer Square; in an 1883 building that once housed Soapy Smith’s Bar and the Martini Ranch. Our team converted the dark, cave-like space giving it a sense of warmth and openness. The tavern consists of a two-level structure with an estimated 130-seats, plus two bars – one upstairs, one downstairs – and an open kitchen.
The space uses straightforward materials and construction details in imaginative ways to give the space its originality and in-keeping with the chef’s artistic use of simple ingredients in her dishes.
There are several custom-design pieces throughout the space such as the laser-cut steel screen above the main bar and dividing wall upstairs, tabletops, and the large custom steel conduit lights in the mezzanine and dining spaces provide distinctiveness while complimenting the comfort food the chef serves at the tavern.
