to keep in touch with our las vegas roots, we've come up with this quick feasibility study for a 30 story tower in the desert scape that surrounds the city.  the contrast between old and new is relevant when transitioning through the massive gateway at the portal entry.  striving to connect the tenants living in the clean high-rise with the modern spanish style gateway was extremely important to us.  this gives the tenant a sense of "grounding" as they conjure back on to the mean streets of las vegas.
