Boston, MA
The Boston Architectural College (BAC) is pleased to announce that it was once again ranked in the top 25 of DesignIntelligence's most admired undergraduate architecture programs in their annual America's Top Ranked Architecture & Design School survey. The schools are ranked by their combination of faculty, programs, culture, and student preparation for the profession.
Karen Nelson, dean of the School of Architecture, says, "The BAC has been recognized with distinction for its leadership role in educating an extraordinarily diverse student body to help bring about social equity through design. We continue to be at the forefront of learning from practice and academic study with the guidance of brilliant practitioners and faculty members. We are honored to be recognized."
Gabriel Garcia, a bachelor of architecture student, says, "The BAC is known for being a school that orients its students for practice and to the true demands of the profession. As a BAC student, I have the chance to meet architecture students from all parts of the world and I can attest to how rigorous we are as a school. The school's culture instills the ‘going the extra mile' attitude, as well as the ‘learning as much as you can through your peers and faculty' mentality. I am glad to be a part of this institution and to be receiving an education here."
