Natalie Gubb Commons forges a new urban neighborhood for families, and draws on construction ingenuity to maximize the number of affordable units. The project uses an innovative prefabricated steel frame construction system to take advantage of the height limit on the site, delivering mid-rise apartments at a cost per unit that is competitive with low-rise construction.
