About

I am a Venezuelan artist living in New York. I graduated with a bachelor's on Architecture from Pratt Institute School of Architecture in Brooklyn. Being part of an Art School opened up my eyes into architectural discourse and critical thinking, through analysis, thinking and creativity but more so into other disciplines such as photography, visual arts, storytelling and so on. Through my art and my projects I intent to demonstrate how hybrid medias are key to innovative and groundbreaking designs. Given these uncertain times, we must let these disorientation to re-orient us to a better future. Lets re-imagine the world through kind eyes.

It is a 5 years program where we experience design and critical thinking at different levels. The third year at Pratt is dedicated to comprehensive design where one learns to create dwellings, handle passive and mechanical systems design and create sustainable approaches to their design. 4th year one learns about experimental design and conceptual design. Student are pose to challenge different creative questions and begin to input their other disciplines knowledge into their designs. 5th year at Pratt, one learns to create their own project, their own design critique and their own design agenda through an intensive research course and design studio.
