This project is a mixed use residential and hotel complex designed for the port of Genoa, Italy. The design of the building brings a native Genovesi architectural style down to the port which is architecturally distanced from the rest of the city. This complex works toward introducing a taste of the Genovesi lifestyle to tourist while offering a comfortable and familiar lifestyle to the complex's permanent residents.
This project was produced during my first semester of my grad school at Clemson University during my time living at the Charles E. Daniel Center in fall of 2011.
