A passage in the ground floor cuts back the long stretched volume and will serve as a main circulation space as well as to enter the building. The floors above are designed in varying sizes and are only allowed to fill the whole layout in the 4th floor. The shape of the building exposes the lower floors with natural light, while an acoustic protection is created for the upper levels. Less acoustically sensitive functions as office spaces will be placed at the lower floors, while the residential floors above will be acoustically shielded from the train tracks. The central staircase opens up conically towards the top and reveals a friendly and bright character. The Reglit façade allows daylight to the inside. Fully lockable double loggias facade serve as acoustic protection.
