The program of this project was based on the design of a leisure lounge, with the particularity that was required, that it was adaptable to three countries: Angola, Portugal and Timor.
To answer this need, was designed a wooden structure * based on concrete foundation, that was easy to perform, where there is a fixed zone for the support / technical areas and a mobile modular zone, for the work /leisure areas.
It was decided that the recreational area should be dynamic to adapt itself to different situations, depending on the needs of children and youth of each country and can be easily adjusted due to system of pre-defined guides.
The leisure lounge is internally divided by modular sliding doors of glass, to assist the supervision of the entire area, responsibility of the monitors. The perimeter is also composed of the same type of doors.
To control the sun, there is a second front consisting of lath of wood, they also modular, which are oriented according to sun exposure. To help dissipate the heat that is felt, particularly in Angola and Timor, the sliding doors have the possibility to work together as a system of cross ventilation. The site will be located the coverage and the leisure lounge foundation vary in order to respond to different climatic conditions of each country.
* The wood used is one that be more abundant in the area where the proposal will be implemented, and it has the minimum requirements for outdoor uses
