Rui de Carvalho born in Lisbon on the 2nd April of 1986, he decided goes to architecture field and began his course at Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias having finished his graduation in 2006.
However, throughout his academic career he was getting interest in parallel fields as design, photography, cinema, all of them linked to communication ended up being a rediscovery of himself.
Having awakened for this path as autodidact, it led him to make some graphic design and photography works for music bands, small businesses and individuals.
This search of knowledge leads him to develop a dissertation in the same field, finishing his master degree in 2010, being ‘Multimedia as Design of Space‘ his thesis theme.
He was requested by architect Pedro Ressano Garcia to apply his skills developed in the master thesis, to make a video about the project named ‘A Voz do Mar‘, designed by the architect Pancho Guedes.
Recently his paper about ‘Media Architecture‘ was published in the ‘Design Magazine‘ and currently he is in collaboration with ‘Sklim Studio‘
