Directed staff of 5 people. Involved from inception to completion of Facility, from walking the site prior to construction to construction administration to post construction evaluation with the Owner.  Wrote the specifications / Project Manual.
• Clinical Health Center and Medical Office Building (135,000 square feet; Construction Cost: $30.5 million).  Facility includes Ambulatory Surgical Center, Women’s Center, Radiology / MRI Center, Physical Fitness & Stress Center, Cafeteria & Gift Shop.
