With over 20 years of experience in the architecture, design and construction in the Healthcare field , Roland brings a wide range of experience encompassing all facets of construction from project inception through Design Development and Construction Documents to end of Contract Administration. Roland’s abilities include translating the client’s needs into an effective and budget sensitive solution.

Roland qualifications range from Project Managing multiple disciplinary projects to multiple small and large projects. 

Roland has been known to be a  fixer; a person that when a project is in need of professional reorganization to bring it back into budget and back onto schedule, he has succeeded as well as exceeded in the expected task.

Managed large and small scale projects ranging from 135,000SF to as small as 500SF, with teams of up to seven people from project inception to post construction phases. Created construction budgets and staffing fee budgets, detailed architectural submission and construction schedules.
• Taught and mentored younger architects about the procedures during Construction Administration. Kept all of the projects under my jurisdiction on time, under budget and those that were “inherited” brought those back to being in the black and re-established a workable schedule of completion both with the staff and with the construction team.
• Proactively established and maintained effective relationships with clients, gained their trust and respect resulting in clients returning with new projects.
