The new car and certified pre-owned car showrooms were on the first floor.  There was also a retail area, golf simulator, library, customer work center, and waiting areas.  The cashier and concierge were located near the service reception area.

The executive area, business office, conference room, board room, training room, and employee break room is on the second floor.  The new car delivery, garden patios and a restaurant are on the third floor.
