This was a phased project over a 1.5-2 year period. The dealership remained open during all phases of construction. There were four buildings, two were renovated and 2 were new construction. The first building was built in the 1920's and had to remain in tact. The existing fur trusses and one red brick wall were left exposed while the remaining walls were covered. New storefront was installed along the main street. The second building was the existing dealership. The first floor showroom and the second floor business office and executive areas were renovated. The third building is a newly constructed service center. The service drive, retail area, cashier and customer waiting are on the first floor. Automotive repair is on the second and third floors and the roof has parking. A fourth structure is a parking and storage building behind the existing showroom. There is a car bridge linking the service building and parking/storage structure.
