Understanding that the concept of efficiency is critical during the design process of tall office buildings, this research study acts as a guide to analyze individual components of this typology providing a better knowledge base of the entire mechanism. Spatial, environmental, and structural categories were created to help quantify these measurements of efficiency and to challenge existing preconceptions.
