An 84 unit, affordable housing project for seniors and developmentally disabled residents on a property in both the City of Compton and the County of L.A. jurisdictions. This project has received a LEED Platinum certification and has been distinguished the 2011 SCANPH Senior Housing Project of the Year; the 2011 SAGE Award, Special Needs Project of the Year, BIA of Southern California; and PCBC Gold Nugget as a "Judges Special Award of Excellence."  Construction cost was $12 million.
