A combination of 9,800 sq. ft. of new construction, 1,300 square feet of reconstruction within an existing Historic Building, plus 7,400 square feet of tenant improvements within the Historic Building. The new construction includes a 200 seat state of the art theater. The tenant improvements include the preparation of a space for exhibition use. Construction cost: $6.8 million.
