This interior office build-out radiates from the main core of the existing base building. Public access is provided to conference rooms, classrooms and facilities using a series of internal streets, each of which terminate at a low, transparent partition. Beyond the dark gray public core, the white periphery hosts open office areas, private offices and a large conference room.
