The San Fernando Studios project is an adaptive reuse of a converted music school to a Motion Picture Studio Campus. Over 80,000 sf of studios, full support services, including editing bays and screening rooms, and 40,000 sf of Production offices. Specifically designed to house two different productions at one time, this is a concrete “tilt-up” conversion that utilizes building methodologies to create cost-effective, structural solutions to building adaptations.
