This master plan was conceived for a production company looking to establish themselves in the Red Hook neighborhood of Brooklyn, NYC. Utilizing the narrow site, RA’s design makes the most efficient use of space and circulation for maximizing the quantity of studios and makes a grand statement with an office and support tower overlooking the water.
