REDA, named after its founder Çağıl Akçurin's academic background,
(MSc. Real Estate Development - BArch. Architecture) was founded in 2013.
As 10th year anniversary celebrations are in order, REDA has completed 72 architectural and interior design projects in various sizes and scales.
Beşiktaş Breakfast Street, a unique example of a public-private partnership, Işıklı Konak, a single villa which received an award within the scope of the 14th Western Mediterranean Architecture Awards organized by the Antalya Branch of the Chamber of Architects, Demiröz Endowment Campus, a set of six educational buildings with an enclosed area of 23500 square meters on a 42 acre land and D14, a gated community with elegant and simple lines were some of the architectural projects completed by REDA during this period.
In addition to architectural projects, REDA has also taken part in various interior projects, especially high-end residentials, luxury stores and administrative management offices.
In addition to housing projects such as GBA Residence, BOS Residence, DYS Residence and Milano UT Residence and office projects such as Turcas Petrol, Aksoy Holding, KKB, Perfume Design Workshop; TAGG, located in Istanbul Galataport, Tomoka Casks and Red8 Gallery, located at the London Royal Exchange are among the interior design projects completed in recent years.
REDA's ability to create accurate budgets, consistent work flow charts and its on spot follow-up awareness has attracted the attention of corporate companies. In 2017, REDA Contract has emerged as a separate entity and started provide contract services. As well as running the application processes and project coordination in projects created by REDA, REDA Contract has also given project consultancies to national and international companies.
Following the emerge of the new normal requirements, REDA established a brand which provides remote working support and consultancy to corporate companies in line with their remote working needs. Since 2020, with the feedback REDA received from its corporate clientele, Kurumsal Ev has started providing consultancy on creating a hybrid working order to various national and international companies in a relatively short time.
During Çağıl Akçurin’s 15-year design background, he has designed various furniture pieces for different projects. In addition to REDA’s main line design services, Opus has emerged from this foundation as an editioned, designer furniture brand.
Complementary to REDA’s design initiatives, Butler, a community management application that can be customized in line with the services offered by the gated communities and residential plazas.
With 5 brands under its roof, REDA continues providing architectural and interior design services, project follow-up and coordination, hybrid working arrangement consultancy, furniture and site management design as well as creating budgets and work flow charts.
