Starting from the disorder and lack of coherence in the original building, a solution of longitudinal classification of the plot, designing a park that follows a modulation in two directions is created. The intervention included a conflicted points and danger elements analysis, entrances reordering, multipurpose areas, an integral gardening project studying elements to supress and a new green spaces approach. The concrete pavement combination, with pieces of different proportions, the wood garden beds, the green areas and the aromatic plants provide an harmonious setting that gives the project its main feature in the place where it is created.
