This project is about a multifunctional space for free exchanging activities. It is based on `time bank´s concept as the main idea. In this system, the exchange unit is not money, but a measure of time, for example, an hour’s work. It is consequently about exchanging favour for favour or, as in our case, services for time. That proposes the advantage of promoting social relationships and the equality between different economic stratums. This kind of economy is suggested for solving diverse present problems in the market economy, like complementary economies or alternative markets.
Because of that, the aims are  promoting communication and users’ participation, improving the  interest in the new activities by making them visible and promoting  meetings between users.
Lavapiés is a suggested location a Madrid neighborhood, famous for being the most multicultural and where the majority of the city’s exchanges take place. It begins with a five nodes network. A selected program is introduced in this network. Also, these nodes are modeled considering some factors such as block, neighborhood, relationship between pieces, climatic conditions. Moreover, the factor of duplicity is inserted the structure and front. This helps us to insert in all the nodes the tours and the technical and archive rooms.
