This is a practical project in “La Tabacalera”, a historical building that used to shelter a former tobacco factory that nowadays is a self-managed community center.
It has been a zero budget project -using materials that remained at the former factory- and with an open/free wording, which was looking to help the current community center. It was proposed  that the old garden zone should be remodeled, extending it by a greenhouse with a water withdrawal system for its reutilization for irrigation. And we also add a series of plant terraces. This project has the same phases and documentation as a real construction.
