The Diliman Residence was a 2-day internal design competition held by the firm as an opportunity for its young architectural staffs to design a project from scratch. The design brief was to come up with a 4-bedroom house for a med-high client profile who enjoys garden views and having parties over at their house. 

This proposal is a 504 sqm house which sits on a 386 sqm lot. Since the lot was too small for the clients' requirements (maintaining the 2-meter set back all around), the areas were programmed into 3 levels to allow a more efficient flow between service areas and entertaining areas.
