Originally designed in 1953 by famed midcentury modern architect Gregory Ain, Core Development Group has expanded and updated the Feldman House while preserving the integrity of the original architecture. The design prominently features Quantum’s Lift & Slide Doors, Pivot and Hinged Doors, Slide & Fold Doors, and our Signature Series Windows. The natural Douglas Fir windows and doors add crisp lines and a wonderfully rich contrast to the stucco walls and large overhangs that frame the expansive glass walls. The project integrates the old and the new into a refreshing collaboration of sophistication, functionality and exceptionally well balanced design.
