Designed with a conceptual framework, this corporate office in SEZ, Gandhinagar having around 25,000 sq ft carpet area is a unique example of bringing together all the aspects of architecture & interior, creating a soothing and timeless IT corporate office that makes the user feel homely, and productive in the space.

This is an East Facing 35,000 sq ft plot area consisting of independent IT corporate office in SEZ, Gandhinagar providing IT services across the globe. The client is a well-recognized ITpreneur who wished to design the Corporate Headquarter having a all the architectural & Interior designing aspects imbibed in the Office to create a warm, welcoming and friendly environment. The building is wrapped with the exterior materials like Exposed Brick Cladding and Grey Textures that gives a significant identity to the building.

Entering the Corporate Office, one can observe a grandeur & luxurious Reception Area. To get a grandeur & luxurious look, we have created a double height Reception and Waiting Area. A soothing combination of Greyish Flamed Brick Cladded wall with cement texture and Suspended metal ceiling with wood like tone gives a unique look to the space. The reception table is adorned with wooden fluted panels with corian top having a curved backdrop highlighting the space.

The key feature of planning the space was zoning. It played an important role in seamlessly weaving all the diverse spaces and giving a connectivity everywhere without loosing the privacy of the users.

For the easy convenience of the MD & Director, we have positioned their offices in such a way that it is secluded from the Common Activities that too without loosing the connectivity with all the zones. Considering the easy maintenance, we have used the customized modular furniture in the offices. The color palette has been kept muted with the soothing combination of Greys & Browns which gives calming ambiance to the user.

The passage acts as a connecting link between all the zones of Public & Private activities. Moreover, it also separates the spaces as well. To fetch natural light through out the daytime, we have provided cut-outs in the slab covered with glass top which gives positive vibes to the employees.

The Conference room with a capacity of 9 people has been decorated with MCM cladding, Relwood, & Acoustic panels creating a soothing ambiance in the space.

The staff activities are oriented in such a way that it gets ample amount of natural light & ventilation so that the employees feel connected with the nature. We have used greyish modular furniture having a soothing contrast of greyish flooring. Whereas, to as the warmth, we have provided ceiling that is beautified with relwood.
