This Apartment is a mixture of modern and minimal luxury, where spacious rooms are designed with minimum furniture and clear details – to give a minimal yet luxurious design look. This 3,540 sq.ft home has contemporary design vocabulary and integrates the principle of minimal luxury. Clean lines, patterns and texture unite in perfect harmony, all beneath an earthy color palette that is designed to soothe one’s senses.

The objective was to establish an inviting and warm home with plenty of thoughtful storage, ample natural light, and a strong connection between indoors and outdoors.

The foyer of the apartment has an ambiance which is welcoming and giving a sense of warmth of the inside. The Main door adds a sense of raw look with a unique combination of grey color cement finish laminate in combination with fluted relwood. In the Grill door we have also provided MS grill with combination of fluted glass to get a semitransparent look through grill door. The vestibule of the apartment sets the tone and gives visitors a glimpse of the design aesthetic of the rest of the home. It continues the same design theme of the door featuring grey color cement finish laminate in combination with teakwood patti and fluted relwood along with sitting ledge that is functional and aesthetically pleasing.

A laid-back and leisurely interior scheme gives this home a distinctive character and ambience. The color palette of the common spaces of the home are tones of beige, rendered in both matte and glossy finishes. The beige hues form the backbone of the design, adds depth and warmth to the apartment. The olive green Italian leather sofa calmly blends into this neutral color palette drawing room resulting in a timeless interior scheme. The drawing room and dining is effortlessly transition into one another via an open plan layout demarcated subtly with interior features like glass partitions and furniture. The TV unit is decorated with fluted relwood which is highlighted with Marble finish laminam Tiles. The ceiling of the drawing room is a combination of fluted relwood and grey cement spray texture.

The study area is connected with the drawing room which is designed with minimal look and is highlighted with yellow back painted glass in combination with fluted relwood. The mandir area is set minimal and serene. The entry doors are made of aluminium profile shutters with combination of clear and fluted glass highlighted with hanging bells.

Moving ahead, the neutral color palette of this home seamlessly flows from the kitchen in the dinning area, providing a visually soothing experience. We have also provided dining console with crockery unit on the side. The wall above dining console is cladded with decorative bronze mirror which makes the space feel larger. Attach balcony besides dining is provided which is decorated with artificial grass on the floor and natural plantation which keeps the user connected with the nature.

The kitchen presents a clean and subtle design aesthetic with streamlined surfaces, minimalist cabinetry and optimum functionality. It features light grey matt finish cabinetry with white corian countertop and back-painted glass backsplash. This space unfolds to reveal an interconnected living, dining, mandir area and study area designed all in earthy hues with some contrast of materials highlighting the interior.

The master bedroom continues the soft palette through MCM Straw and veneer backdrop complimenting with dark beige leather finish headboards of the bed. Fabric texture wall paper in the ceiling tunes with the light beige back painted glass wardrobe shutters. A small office nook is highlighted with fluted relwood which runs all the way up to the ceiling.

In the Parents Bedroom, tones of grey laminate with beige bricks backdrop complimenting with wardrobe’s beige color profile shutters and grey upholstery of bed. This is softened with rounded edges and subtle texturing.

The son’s bedroom has an eclectic vibe with wooden finish PVC panels in combination with Stone veneer that extends from the wardrobe to the walls. Neutral whites and muted hues offset the energetic greys. The flooring is differentiated with wooden finish vinyl flooring.

The children bedroom is crafted to evoke a cosy and sophisticated ambiance. Upon entering, attention is drawn to the fluted wall finished panelling in the bed backdrop. Dark beige color bed upholstery gives contrast to the bed backdrop. A window sitting is provided to chill and relax.

The guest bedroom features an earthy palette with wardrobe made in veneer finish in combination with beige back painted glass and veneer side tables. The home’s interiors are guided by the simplicity, favoring clean lines and uncluttered spaces that allow the design to breathe.

Design that is timeless should feel both of the moment and everlasting. It should seem effortlessly elegant and be able to balance practicality with style. This Apartment is designed with the same design philosophy that practically reflects in the satisfaction level of the client.
