POON ARCHITECT P.C. was established in 1988 in Soho, New York as an independent architectural and planning office specializing in architectural design for institutional, financial, and real estate clients in the United States and Asia. Over the past thirty-three years, PPA has designed and executed projects with a total construction cost of more than $1 billion USD in the United States, with a focus in New York City. PPA currently has four principals and a staff of 15+ architectural professionals.
