Site is located near transbay terminal in downtown San Francisco, surrounded by Beale, Folsom and Howard Street. The form is inspired by the irregular topography of the city. The building responds well to the climate, culture, history and topography of the city. It is close to the new proposed Transbay terminal

Passive design strategy of double curtain wall system is incorporated in the design and deciduous trees in the green spaces create self adjusting heating and cooling system according to the season.
