• Design all printed materials including graphics, signs, banners, charts, maps and logos
• Take photographs for use in publications and maintain photo library
• Manage RFP process for printed projects
• Coordinate with pre-press and printing houses
• Act as liaison between multiple departments
• Prepare/preflight electronic files for delivery to print vendors
• Attend press checks
Web
• Update content and graphics on Visit Saint Paul website using EZ Publish and IDSS software
• Create custom pages and microsites
• Create Web-ready graphics (logos, artwork and PDF files) optimized for size and quality
Video
• Plan and write scripts for video projects
• Plan and execute on-site video shoots including use of talent, props, interviews and general cut away/b-roll footage
• Edit video with non-linear editing software, record voiceovers and create video graphics and animations
Misc
• Create and run Power Point presentations
• Assist Delivery Coordinator with pickup and delivery of print collateral
• Maintain print collateral storage area
• Perform various office duties as needed
