Villa Rehbühel

In the south of Kitzbühel, a unique residential building with a view of the city towards the Kaiser mountains was designed on a perfectly situated plot of land on a hillside. The entrance is via the partially underground ground floor. In addition to the spacious anteroom, there is a garage for two cars, a wellness & spa area including indoor pool and outdoor terrace as well as several storage rooms. A staircase leads to the basement, where there are also several storage and technical rooms. The first floor cantilevered to the north is intended for the private bedrooms. In addition to the large master area, three further rooms, each with a bathroom ‘en suite, offer space for up to eight people. A south and west facing terrace is also located on this level. The living, kitchen and dining area is located on the second floor. Two terraces, facing south and north, offer a breathtaking view of the spectacular surroundings. While the lower floors have a stone facade, the top floor was designed in the style of a modern Kitzbüheler shed.
