The roof of the existing building was raised and renovated in order to increase the living space in the attic. An additional living room was attached to the kitchen on the ground floor, defined as a separate structure in solid construction and wood paneling. The building, which is poured in at the side, is accessed via the basement of the existing building and includes a secondary room which can be used as a relaxation, storage or fitness room. The large terrace with infinity pool offers a fantastic view of the Inn Valley.
