475 is a downtown seven-story condominium building with 22 dwelling units and one retail space. The ground level contains the entrance lobby, a 23 space parking garage, and a coffee shop. The coffee shop activates the street corner and is an amenity for both the building and neighborhood. The garage is unique for the Tampa Bay area in that it utilizes car lifts to provide a second parking space for each unit. There are four units per level on the second through sixth floors. These units range from 1,350 square feet to 2,100 square feet each. Typically, each unit has two balconies; one each for the living room and master bedroom. There are two penthouses on the seventh floor each with wrap-around terraces offering 270 degree views of downtown and Tampa Bay. The building is sited in a traditional urban manner with a well-defined street edge highlighting its corner site. However, the architectural expression is very contemporary reflecting today’s urban lifestyle.
