Ole and Paseo are master planning projects located in Naples and Fort Myers, respectively. The two related communities utilize the same product types for the residential component, and similar clubhouses as the community center. The master plans are based on the concept of a town center, featuring integrated commercial uses such as the pool and spa, a bistro, ice cream parlor, pub, internet café, a coffee shop, fitness center, business center and library, and theater. As a result, residents are able to enjoy local amenities without having to leave the community by automobile.

Paseo is a 200-acre community, and features over 800 multi-family units, and 141 single family residences. The semi-circular plan layout is centered on an axis that runs from the main guardhouse entry, through the majestic linear lakes, and the community center at the opposite end. Ole is a 64-acre plan, developed as part of the Lely community in Naples, and features 663 total residential units. The long site plan is also organized around an axis that runs through the town center, a large green space, and the community band shell.

Both plans feature a wide range of residences, including town homes, flats, casitas, attached villas, and single family homes. The majority of residences are two-story attached homes, where color and architectural features add interest and individuality, and help to bring down the buildings to a pedestrian scale. Many of the garages are accessed via rear alleys, while the homes are accessed through their true fronts by means of a pedestrian sidewalk.
