The programme also includes two other skyscrapers, one containing offices and the other, designed by Yves Lion, housing units.
H99 will be the first housing skyscraper to be built in France in 35 years. It offers a new way of living, translated by atypical housing units and extraordinary views as well as the integration of services such as swimming pools and fitness centres overlooking the city from a height of 45 metres.
