...Glenn Taylor completed a three-year master plan effort for the new, breathtaking Rancho San Lucas resort located in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico. Created by Solmar Hotels and Resorts to embrace “New World Luxury with Old World Charm,” Rancho San Lucas will be an exclusive coastal resort community consisting of luxury homes inspired by old world Mexican-Spanish architecture. The resort property is 337.7 hectares in size with two kilometers of white sand beach. Elevations on the resort property range from sea level to 125 meters above sea level. The master plan for Rancho San Lucas was approved in September 2014. The plan consists of two oceanfront resort hotels with a total of 1,100 timeshare hotel units and 1,264 single-family homes and condominiums located in neighborhoods through-out the master-planned community.
